I cannot find ones of a nice couple with curly hair. But the above links have cute babies! You could try a search for a drawing of a couple like them or find a sketch artist that does those pictures with the big heads and little bodies and use those on the invitations. Other than that, short of uploading and using their photos I don't think there are many options and that's just ridiculous! You'd think they'd be more available.
